Travel Nurse New

Pride Health is hiring a Travel Registered Nurse to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Des Moines, Iowa. This permanent opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

A Dialysis Nurse provides specialized care for patients with kidney disease undergoing dialysis. Their key responsibilities include:

• Patient Care & Monitoring: Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and respond to complications.
• Dialysis Treatment: Set up, operate, and monitor dialysis machines while ensuring proper vascular access.
• Medication & Education: Administer prescribed medications and educate patients on disease management and lifestyle changes.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work with healthcare teams and maintain accurate patient records.
• Emergency Response: Recognize and manage complications such as hypotension, fluid overload, or cardiac issues.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of acute experience in the last three years in specialty
• Valid State License

Job Type: Contract (92 weeks)

Schedule: 3x12

Pay Range: $63.00 per hour (Negotiable)

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
