As a LPN Fast Track at MercyOne, you will assists in carrying out the phases of the nursing process as appropriately delegated by the Registered Nurse. Performs activities and functions of patient care within the legal scope of practice of the Licensed Practical Nurse, State of Iowa, and in accordance with MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center policy and procedure. Adheres to the principles of the Code of Conduct and the mission of MercyOne in all aspects of job performance.

Schedule

• Full Time 36hrs a week, Day shift.
  
  

General Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, consultative and relationship building skills in order to initiate and develop productive collaborative partnership with all levels of leadership across the organization. Ability to effectively influence results, garner support and tactfully manage complex relationships within and across the organization. Extremely high level of diplomacy and tact are required. Ability to read the subtle nuances of situation and react/plan accordingly.
• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
  
  

Education

• Requires current Iowa LPN license.
