Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse - Stromsburg, NE.

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Nights / Evening.

Healthcare Setting: LTC - SNF (In-patient).

Summary

The Facility is located in Stromsburg, NE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Assist with the development and implementation of care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the resident's physician.
  • Supervise and direct aides as they care for residents.

Qualification

  • Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an LPN
  • Active LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
