Position Description

Title: LPN/LVN → LTC

Location: Tyndall, SD

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: 3x12 Evenings = 36 Hrs

6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (occasional day shifts may be required)

Travel Weekly Gross: $1404/week

Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $39/hour

Required Skills & Certifications:

-Prior post-acute or long-term care experience preferred.

-Active LPN license.

-BLS is required.
