Based at Pathways Omaha (5755 Sorensen Parkway, Omaha, NE 68152).
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM.
No weekends, no holidays, and an incentivized on call rotation every 7-8 weeks.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with your experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor, the Community In-Home RN is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of homecare services for program participants.
Skills & Requirements
Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred
Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting; home health experience preferred.
